TOMS Report Cards

Your child’s report card for Semester 2 is now available to view on Family/Student Access. 

Follow these steps to access your child's report card:
1. Go to http://www.priorlake-savage.k12.mn.us/plsas/site/default.asp
2. Go to the Family Resources drop down menu.
3. Select Family/Student Access.
4. Click on Enter Family/Student Access towards the bottom of the page.
5. Enter Login & Password.
6. Select Report Cards from the left-hand column under General Information.
7. You can open or save the report card as a PDF for viewing or printing.

Students that received a GPA of 3.0-3.49 made the honor roll, GPA 3.5-4.0 made the principal’s honor roll.

You may pick up honor roll certificates in the main office at TWIN OAKS MIDDLE SCHOOL starting Thursday, June 20^th, hours 7:00-3:00pm.

WHAT:     Immunizations for Uninsured or Underinsured Children Entering School or Childcare:

DTap, Td or Tdap, Polio, MMR, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Varicella, PCV 13, Hib, Gardasil and Menactra

Children eligible for the vaccine include those on Medical Assistance MA, Minnesota Care, anyone younger than 19 without insurance, children with insurance that does not cover vaccines, and immigrants and refugees.  If your child has MA or is on PMAP, please bring their card.
Please bring your child’s previous immunization record.  A $10 donation per shot is appreciated to cover administrative costs.  Call 952-496-8584 for appointment or questions.

TOPS Drive a Success

Thanks to everyone who donated box tops and milk caps in our recent tops drive. We raised more than $1,000! That will go a long way in helping to support TOMS students.

Congratulations to the top Tops for TOMS collectors: Mrs. Quinn’s prime time! They celebrated with frozen treats, courtesy of the PACT group.

Thanks to the PACT parents for helping to clip and count all the tops. Thanks again to everyone for supporting Twin Oaks!

PACT Funds to Support Music Department

Each year, the PACT group contributes a portion of the funds raised from the box top and milk cap drives to a department at TOMS. Care is given in choosing an area that will benefit as many students as possible. This year, PACT has awarded the TOMS Music Department with a $500 award to be used for materials to support students’ music education. Congratulations!

TOMS Students Recognized by MN Twins and MN Middle School Association

Earlier this spring the TOMS guidance office reviewed attendance records of all the Twin Oaks students for the 2012-2013 school year and identified those students who met the criteria for “perfect attendance”.  Eight students were identified to have attained perfect attendance, and as a result, were eligible to receive three tickets to this past Saturday’s Twin’s Game as a part of the MN Middle School Association and the MN Twins, Perfect Attendance program.  The eight students who participated in this program from Twin Oaks Middle School were:

Of the eight students participating, one student, 6^th grader Ben Jansen, was randomly chosen to represent Twin Oaks on the field.  Check out the fun video of this event that was posted on the MMSA website this morning.
