TOMS Last day of School 2013-14

Twin Oaks Middle School has a wonderful annual tradition.  The last day of school, at 7:15am, the Marching Band leads TOMS students into the school for the start of the last day! Thank you, Mr. Melody and the TOMS Marching Band, for a great morning send off, to end the 2013-14 school year.

8th Grade TOMS & HOMS Assembly

Today, all 8th Grade students gathered in Jerabek Hall for a special Memorial Day Assembly.  The Band and Choir performed, along with Patriot Pen essay winners, Alexandra Pinkowski HOMS, & Grant Thram TOMS.  Guest Veteran speaker, Ed Speiker, Post Commander of the VFW 6208, Prior Lake alumni, gave a memorable speech on his service to our country.

My Coke Rewards for Schools

Twin Oaks Middle School (with PACT) will now be participating in My Coke Rewards for Schools.  This program will be a great way for our school to earn rewards to benefit TOMS students.  Rewards range from pencils, PE equipment, art supplies, classroom supplies, and possibly 32" TV's!!! 

All Coke products are eligible including Powerade and Minute Maid.  Codes are under the flap on cartons or under bottle caps.  These codes can be entered under:  mycokerewards.com/schools.  Login under your own account and search for TOMS on the school list.  If you don't want to enter the codes yourself, deposit them in the bin near the front office. 

Start saving this summer, every code counts.

TOMS End of Year!

The end of the 2013-14 school year is here!  

Staff is preparing for the last few days and we would like to share some helpful information.

     Thursday, May 22^nd: Yearbooks distributed to students who purchased one.

Friday, May 23^rd: Final day for all student fines to be turned into the office.

Monday, May 26^th: NO School

                8^th Gr. Band Marching in PL VFW Memorial Parade@ Memorial Park

Tuesday, May 27^th: Locker Clean Out Day, During PRIMETIME.

Wednesday, May 28^th: Early Release/ No bags, backpacks, trapper-keepers, or purses allowed in school.

Thursday, May 29^th: Early Release/ No bags, backpacks, trapper-keepers, or purses allowed in school.

Twin Oaks Honored for Excellence in Positive Behavioral Prevention Efforts
