Support TOMS Students by Turning in Tops
Check your drawers for Box Tops for
Education and 5-cent milk lids (Kemps, Land O’Lakes, Kwik Trip), and send them
in with your student. The prime time class to collect the most tops by Tues.
Dec. 4 will win a pizza party to celebrate, courtesy of PACT (Parents Assisting
Children and Teachers) and our local Domino’s.
Tops must be clipped and clean to enter!
And be sure to mark the bag with your student’s prime time teacher or room
number.
Those little tops make a big difference.
Last year, we raised more than $1,500 in tops, helping to fund materials for
the TOMS Media Center and Phy Ed department. Thank you for your support!

Library Resources
Dear Parents of Hidden Oaks and Twin Oaks Middle Schools,
Does your middle school student have a Scott County Public Library Card?
If not, I encourage you to get your child one for a BIG reason. We have
partnered with Scott County Library System and they have great resources for
your child to use at school and at home. Your middle school children are
always doing research projects at school and it is important for them to bring
it to school as well, so they are able to go to online databases and get the
most current and updated information. Another resource tool that you as
parents will love is access to Homework Rescue which is also provided on Scott
County Library website and your child is able to chat with an online tutor from
the hours of 1pm-11pm. If you are struggling to help your child with
homework and you are not sure how to help them through the problem, then this
is for you! Please take this opportunity to get your child a library card
in order to use these valuable resources. If you have any questions,
please email me at gzurn@priorlake-savage.k12.mn.us
or call any of the Scott County Libraries for more information.
Thank you,
