PLHS Nordic Ski Racing Team is Recruiting New Members!

Nordic (Cross Country) Skiing offers two different techniques– classic (like running) and freestyle (like hockey skating or rollerblading).  No experience is necessary.  We instruct both methods. We have both Varsity and Junior Varsity levels. Everybody skis at most races.  We also offer an optional team trip to Wisconsin over the Winter Break.  We have the best high school rental program in the state of Minnesota.  For $100 (for one season), first year athletes get two pairs of skis, two sets of poles and a pair of boots.  The first day of official practice is Monday, Nov. 12.  Any interested PLHS, Hidden Oaks, or Twin Oaks athletes (7^th – 12^th grade only) should email Coach Panzer at kpanzer@priorlake-savage.k12.mn.us    !
