Pennies for Patients February 24th – 28th

TOMS will be raising money to help Cure leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma, and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.

Each day during the week of February 24^th -28^th, all students will be encouraged to bring in coins.

• Monday, Feb. 24^th Penny Collection Starts – Outside of media center all day long there will be a locked box with your grade level labeled!  Drop your coins there!
• Tuesday, Feb. 25^th Bring $1.00 to school Tuesday morning to the pod outside the media center to receive a special sticker to wear for the day which will allow you to wear a hat all day at school.  Only those with a sticker on and VISIBLE will be able to wear hats!  This is still a privilege with a sticker so be smart!
• Wednesday, Feb. 26^th Keep bringing in your spare change!
• Thursday, Feb. 27^th Duct Tape a Teacher to the Wall during lunch! Bring $1.00 to lunch to buy a strip of duct tape.  There will be a teacher who is ready for the challenge.  Will we be able to remove the chair under their feet by the end of lunch?
• Friday, Feb.28^th School Goal:  

$250 – Mr. Dapper will wear his 1812 War costume to school for the day.
$600 – Mr. Block vs. Mrs. Chappuis and Mrs. Fasking vs. Mrs. Bartholow scooter races.
$900 – Doughnut eating contest – Mrs. McKay vs. Mrs. Hall.
$1400 – Mr. Wabbe shaves his beard! 
$1800 –  Mr. Ficklin will shave his head.
$2014 SCHOOL GOAL – Dr. Edwards & Mr. Dahl sumo costumes for the day.
